Krishna Kulam School in Uttar Pradesh Raya India has an effective prefectorial system that empowers students to develop appropriate skills, attitudes and values for being leaders. Prefects are chosen through a democratic and intensive process. Students vote through a fair, online system at their own discretion. The overall process involves nominations and a series of interviews with the Head of School and Senior Management Team.<\/p>\n
The Prefectorial Body consists of the Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl, Academic Prefects and Student Welfare Prefects who are appointed by the school, and elected House Prefects. Each House has a House Captain and a House Prefect. Besides these there is a Sports Captain and a Cultural Captain.<\/p>\n
